Saturday, November 24, 1787, A. M.—The Convention met pursuant to adjournment. On motion of Mr. M'KEAN, seconded by Mr. Hannum, the Constitution, as proposed by the late Convention, was read a second time, together with a letter from the secretary of Congress to the president of this state. Adjourned until three o'clock on Monday next.
